Bible Study- Summer Bible Study is back this Wednesday, July 13th. We are studying the book of Esther with both the men and women and this week we will be in chapters 6 and 7. Our study and conversation has been great and if you haven’t been able to join us yet, come on! You can jump in at any time. We have just 3 gatherings left for this summer; July 13th, 20th, and 27th. Then we’ll take break before we circle back up again. The Men meet at 8:30am and the Women meet at 10:30am both at The Chapel. Prayer Group- This is an official prayer group for The Chapel at Seaside. This is a group that will hold the prayers of the people who call this place home as well as the people who visit each week. We hope that this group will not be taken lightly, but if you join the group, you count it as an act of faithfully serving the Church. There are no official meetings, but there will be times when we want to gather to pray. We believe in the power of prayer and we believe it is effective in drawing us closer to the heart of God. We pray that as you join us, you honor the people and situations we are lifting up by keeping them confidential, unless otherwise noted, you allow the Spirit to lead you as you pray, and you understand that this is no small thing that we are doing together in unity! Volunteers- We have a great Chapel Kids ministry and we need some more support people to help this growing area. There are opportunities to teach and lead or simply be support on a Sunday morning for this group. This is not a weekly commitment. There are many other ways for you to connect and serve at The Chapel as well and we would love for you to be a part of our team.
